Off-Site Curtain Cleaning Process
Assess On-Site & Take Down
The process includes a thorough and detailed on-site assessment of the curtains or fabric to evaluate their condition.
Transport to Kleena Ware-House
The curtains are carefully transported to our Kleena warehouse for further processing.
Re-asses for Mould
At our warehouse, we conduct a re-assessment of the curtains to check for any heavy mould and stains.
Drying Process
After cleaning, the curtains are either air-dried or machine-dried. Once dried, they are ironed, folded, and prepared for transport back to the site.
Cleaning Process
We then use specialised commercial washing machines in combination with environmentally friendly detergents and stain removers that are specifically designed for fabric care. Once this process is complete, our technician inspects the curtains for any lingering mould or stains and reprocesses any affected areas if required.
Re-hang Curtains
Once step 5 is complete, we transport the curtains back to the site, service all the tracks to ensure smooth operation, and rehang them.
